Coprolite clock made from a thin slabbed rough coprolite, polished to a high shine and with a clock mechanism added. Yellow ocher, brown, tan and black colors make this a very colorful slab. Coprolite is a trace fossil from dinosaurs, petrified and fossilized. The colors are determined by the animal's diet. Coprolites are classified as trace fossils as opposed to body fossils, as they give evidence for the animal's behaviour and diet.
