Mineral - Malachite crystals on matrix from Hubei Province China

Malachite on matrix.  Unusual malachite crystal formation - this one is acicular, rather than the more common botryoidal  clusters or mammilary aggregates. Single crystals and clusters of individual crystals are a bit uncommon.  This one has a mass of smaller crystals and a few longer crystals along one edge- in  a lovely shade of bright green.
